Latency rduction

I am seeing a latency around 400ms while transmitting (API mode, command 0x10) data of length 250 bytes(by checking X-CTU console timestamps of TX Packet and RX packet), Please let me know if I can reduce this delay by adjusting any parameters.

Please note that I am using
-115200 baud rate
-Antennas on both side (both nodes are next to each other)
-Speed is set to maximum of 250KBPS

Are you sending broadcast or Unicast packets?

Is the device receiving the data a sleeping end node?

Destination address is 0000000FFFF (broadcast).
No, the device is not sleeping. I am using XCTU terminal mode, and so DSR is active.
