basing on your description, possible reasons of this behavior (internet traffic working from the WR11 but not from the devices on the LAN)could be:
- firewall: have you enabled firewall on any of the interfaces?
- DNS issues: have you configured correctly the DHCP server to pass also the DNS?
- Default gateway: have you configured correctly the DHCP server to pass also the default gateway?
- NAT on the PPP: this should be enabled by default, have you maybe disable it?
