Why does the AnywhereUSB/14 keep crashing?

+1 vote
Hi. We have an AnywhereUSB/14 hub to allow a set of virtual machines to communicate with some remote test assets. The problem is that the AnywhereUSB/14 hub keeps locking up and needs a power down to clear the error, which causes issues to our remote test team when it happens outside office hours. What is the solution? We are using the latest firmware.

Did you ever find a solution to this problem?
We are having the exact same problem. The device always hangs and needs a Reboot after 4days and about 15-17h....
We are also using the newest firmware version.

Problem solved. We had to downgrade the firmware. You can get it from the Digi Support.

The problem was a memory leak.

Firmware with the problem: 1.96.2184

Downgraded Firmware without the problem: 1.95
