Cannot connect to Digi CM products with recent browser versions

Currently running F/W Ver 1.9.5.3 on CM48 devices. Recently deployed browsers can no longer connect to these devices. Browser shows connection errors or connection reset errors when using HTTPS. Some browsers won't connect in non-secure mode either (HTTP).
