How do I set the (CM) Channel Mask Value on the Xbee PRO SX?

I am trying to figure out how to set the Channel Mask on the XBee PRO SX. I have read the information in the users manual here but I still don't understand how to do this.

https://www.digi.com/resources/documentation/Digidocs/90001477/Default.htm#reference/r_cmd_cm.htm%3FTocPath%3DAT%2520commands%7CMAC%252FPHY%2520commands%7C_____2

I am looking for something like the following document but this is for the 802.15.4 ZigBee units.

https://www.digi.com/resources/documentation/digidocs/90001537/references/r_channels_zigbee.htm

Can anyone help me out with a more descriptive explanation for the Channel Mask?

Thank you.

Face mask is a sanitary product, generally refers to a device worn on the nose and nose to filter the air entering the nose and nose to prevent harmful gases, odors, and droplets from entering and leaving the wearer's nose and nose, and is made of gauze or paper.https://www.omasks.com/
