unable to get response from Xbee Pro s1 for +++ command

AM USING XBE PRO S1 WITH ATMEL MCU TO TEST AT COMMAND.FIRMWARE IS 8073 FOR PDT FAMILY XBP24-DM FUNCTION SET :XBEE PRO DIGIMESH2.4. AM UNABLE TO GET OK RESPONSE FOR +++

HARDWARE CONFIG:
VCC TO MCU 3.3 & GND TO GND
TX TO MCU RX
RX TO MCU TX

SOFTWARE:

1)INIT UART IN MCU:bAUDRATE 9600 ,8 BITS,1 STOP BIT NO PARITY ...SAME FOR XBEE

2)1 SEC GUARD TIME

3)+++ (WITHOUT \n OR")

4)1 SEC GUARD TIME DELAY

5)WAITING FOR OK RESPONSE..BUT I DONT GET IT ..CHECKED IN OSCILLOSCOPE FOR TRANSMITTING FROM MCU TO XBEE RX BUT NO OK REPLY BACK FROM XBEE..

What voltage level does your Pic run at?

AM not usinng PIC but atmel mcu.It runs with 3.3vStill stuck with the problem.

TRIED TO SEND 12345678910 TO ANOTHER XBEE MODULE CONNECTED TO PC VIA XCTU WITH SAME CONFIG BUT I RECEIVE IT AS 124781

Thank You MVUT !!

I got the solution and it works fine.
I have set the EVEN parity bit in XBEE module(using Xctu) and for MCU UART the parity bit was set to NONE(in Code).

But Still, I didn't understand, how it was working.
Here, I am using ATMEL MUC board and Xbee module placed the top of it.
