PortServer TS Revers SSH Question

We have several different models of PortServer TS and trying to make the reverse ssh working for Cisco devices. Reverse telnet is working fine. the ssh and reverse ssh are enabled under network security and port configuration using "ssh digiServer_IP 250X" where X is the port number. All sessions are hanging there forever. I played with different port settings for auto off or on, bin off or on, has no progress. See below show port output:

I have enabled debug on a Cisco router and seems the ssh command is not going through the DigiServer. Any idea?
