how to configure the router that ip address of sim card is displayed in event logs when ppp connection is established

I dont see any way to do this through alerts but you could write a python script monitoring the

PPP 1 STATUS

results and write to the eventlog with the

SETEVENT <text> [<priority> [trapcode]]
