etoken cannot be detected

Hi,

I have an issue with AnywhereUSB/14 and eToken USB,
The dongle is connected but isn't recognized by the software.

I have installed latest FW 1.51 and driver 1.60 (x64)
on OS Win7 x64

Any ideas?

which dongle is that? is the etoken detected when connected directly to PC?
have you update the driver for the dongle?
